General

The site www.classicliterature.info is created carefully to avoid any trouble for any user environment. The site is provided as it is with no guarantee and ClassicLiterature.info cannot be responsible for any direct or indirect damages the use of the site might bring in.

By placing an order the customer accepts the following terms and commits to follow them.

This is a translation of originally Finnish version of the terms. If any conflicts between the translations are found, the Finnish version is been held liable.

Cost of Delivery

No extra delivery costs are added for the products which are transferred by electronic means.

Method of Delivery

When an sms order is received we will at once send a link where the product can be downloaded. The link will be sent by sms and, if email address provided, also by email.

The product must be downloaded within two weeks from the order. The number of download times can be limited.

Payment

By sms: the detailed instructions and the price of sms are stated beside the description of each product. The price will be billed on your phone bill or deducted from the pre-paid amount.

Cancellation and Returning the Order

We follow the laws of Finland. Due to the law of consumer protection (chapter 6, §15) the 14 days for returning or cancellation is not concerned for electronic products whose download is started by the customer.

Product Information and Prices

Product prices are in local currency and taxes and costs are included unless otherwise mentioned.

We are responsible for errors in the product description and prices only to the amount which is paid. We withold the possibility to change any information at any time without informing about it in advance.

Problems when Downloading or Using the Products

We are not responsible for any indirect or direct damages or losses that using the product or the store might cause. We are responsible for the flaws or errors in the product only to the amount paid for the product.
